STAFF WELLNESS PLAN :

At Connect Camps, your well-being is our priority. As mentioned in the December newsletter, we are committed to supporting you all summer through our Staff Wellness Plan. This plan focuses on four key areas:

1- Mental Wellness

2- Social Wellness

3- Spiritual Wellness

4- Physical Wellness

Over the next few months, we’ll explore what each of these pillars means. This month, we’re focusing on Mental Wellness and how we prioritize it during camp:

Scheduled Breaks: Every day during lunch, we ensure you have a break to recharge and maintain your mental wellness.

Personalized Rest Options: Camp directors are trained to provide flexible options outside of camp hours, so you can rest in the way that works best for you.

Mentorship Program: Each summer staff member is paired with a mentor outside of camp to check in, offer support, and cheer you on throughout the summer.

Training: We equip you with in depth training to help you feel confident and prepared in your role.

We’re here for YOU and can’t wait to support you all summer long!

We greatly appreciate you, and the sacrifices that you have made and will continue to make. Hold tight to Jesus – may you remember Him as the ultimate source of strength, wisdom, and guidance. May you find peace in Him: the source of all peace.

Let us know in your staff info form how we can pray for you! And remember, you can reach us at [email protected] anytime!
