Family Devotion
Fall is finally here which means that change is just around the corner! The leaves are beginning to change their colors and the weather is starting to get colder; change is all around us. But unlike the seasons, our God never changes!
Isaiah 40:8 says this: “The grass withers, flowers fade, but the word of our God endures forever.” Life can get hard, things come and go, but we can hold on to this truth that God and His word endure for eternity!
The Bible reminds us that He is rich in mercy and abounding in steadfast love. He won’t forsake or abandon us. He never breaks a promise or says something He does not mean because He is so good! We can rejoice because, no matter what the circumstances, we have a perfect, loving God who will never change.
